Mamak44 Terms & Conditions – Official Platform Usage Policy Malaysia

To register and use the mamak44 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• Account Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for keeping your mamak44 account password and login details confidential. mamak44 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Personal Use: A mamak44 account is for the personal use of the account holder only. You may not allow others to use your account, nor sell, transfer, or grant access to any third party.

Mamak44 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time by requesting valid proof of identification. This verification process is in place to protect the security of all members and the integrity of the platform.

All financial transactions at mamak44 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) using approved Malaysian payment methods.

• Minimum Deposit: RM 10 per deposit transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion.
• Deposit Processing Time: Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow) are typically credited in under 30 seconds. FPX deposits may take up to 5 minutes depending on your bank's system.

• Holding multiple accounts
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activities
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or system vulnerabilities
• Under 18 years of age
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency

In the event of account closure due to a breach of Terms, mamak44 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings in the account. For voluntary account closures or closures not involving any breach, valid account balances will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

In any dispute regarding mamak44's liability, our total liability shall be limited to the value of deposits made within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Bahasa Melayu is the official language of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between another language version (if available) and this Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
